Training sessions
There are 3 training types: Stretching, Cardio, and Practice match. Each consumes different amounts of energy and gains different amounts of skill progress. This will depend on condition, training density, age, development potential, injury status.
Otherwise, your players regain 6% of their condition every three hours.
